Oh, to be comfy

Jumper - H&M (Not on site)
Dress - Urban Outfitters (Old)
Boots - eBay
Obey Beanie - Urban Outfitters (Not on site)

Everyone got exciting NYE plans?  I did have some, but they have flopped big time.  One of the club nights at my uni is going to be at Southsea Castle (Portsmouth), so basically a massive party in a castle.  In a nutshell, all the tix sold out before we managed to get our paws on them - the backup plan was to get there for 9pm when it opens, grab the limited door tickets, and come back at 11 for last admission, because who really wants to go out that early?  But obviously they don't allow re-admission, which is stupid because everywhere allows re-admission.  Put a spanner in the works, that one, didn't it?  Disaster.

Anyway, on to the outfit.  This is my comfy uniform right now, and this jumper is the comfiest thing in existence (apart from the fleecy Topshop joggers, I want them so bad!).  Just simply thrown over a dress, and paired with thigh boots/socks, and the beanie I bought Lewis for Christmas.  Muahaha.

Colorado Baseball Tee - Urban Outfitters (Not on site)
Cord Skirt - Urban Outfitters
Biker Boots - River Island
Bison Head Necklace - The Rogue and the Wolf
Biker Jacket - River Island (Old)

I have wanted a cool little baseball tee for a while now, and it just so happened this little guy was hiding away on one of the shelves in UO.  I love it so much, thank you boxing day sales.  I cannot wait to style it with mom jeans!

I've never played around with cord before.  I think it's one of those materials that is well ugly, but looks all vintage and amazing when worn.  I basically couldn't not buy the cord skirt, as well as the fact that I think it goes perfectly with the Colorado tee.

I won't chat much about the biker boots, as I talked a lot about them in my last outfit post.  But they are pretty much an absolute bargain, and they are my fave boots ever.

Sooo, what did everyone get for Christmas?  My mum bought me a new camera - no more bad quality pics, yay!

The Obey beanie in the last photo was one of Lewis' pressies from me.  I love how I am already stealing it.  Thought that present out well, didn't I?!  He thought he had already managed to lose it, and wasn't impressed when I casj walked into his house earlier wearing it.  Hahahaha.

That Dress

Dress - Urban Outfitters (Not on site)
Biker Boots - River Island
Crescent Necklace - The Rogue and the Wolf (Not on site)

I cannot believe I dragged myself out of bed at 7am yesterday, and managed to drive myself to  Bluewater for 8 - determination right there, kids.  This beaut of a dress is the basically the perfect pay off for my tiredness.  AND, it was a £18.  From Urban.  Bargain, right there.  I also picked up some other bits in UO, which I believe will be featured in Monday's post.  Watch out for that!

Now onto the bargain of my life... the biker boots.  These were an absolute steal; originally £75, and they are on sale for £25!  Real leather an' all.  I've wanted some biker boots just like this, FOR AGES.  Loving the chain detail on the front, and they feel like amazing quality.  If you are on the hunt for some biker boots then these are the one's, I'm telling you.  Just one thing to note, if you do buy them, I would size up 1 as they do come up rather small.

90's Buns

Just a quick post today with a little video showing how I do those cute lil' 90's buns.  Soz about the theme of bad quality running through this post - I had too use my iPhone 5 camera, which most definitely ain't the best of the best.

You basically just twist the hair round your index finger, slide your finger out, and secure using a bobby pin.  Easy!

Every time I come home from uni, I force the monsters into a pet selfie (bottom left) - how adorbs does Yugi look!?  If anyone was wondering what's up with his left eye, it's actually a battle scar from one of his many fights.  Him and his bro Tao skulk around the neighborhood together, on the hunt for other cats to fight.  Serious, I've seen them do it.

Faux Fur Camel Coat #2

Faux Fur Camel Coat - Vintage
Panther Tee - Topshop (Old)
Jeans - River Island (Old)
Shoes - Primark
Collar - DIY
Tattoo Choker - eBay

If you didn't catch the first outfit featuring the fur camel coat and want to see it, click here!

How awesome is this panther tee?  He looks so angry.  I definitely don't wear it enough, but you know me... I like my clothes big enough for two, and I think this one was bought before my cray cray oversized days begun.  Just shows how old it is, because I don't even remember when I didn't want everything to be three sizes too big.

Anyone follow Lua, on Le-Happy.com?  She recently posted an outfit, and instead of wearing a shirt underneath her top, she just had a collar around her neck.  I thought that was a genius idea - shirts can get bloody uncomfortable under tee's, so why not have just the collar?

Faux Fur Camel Coat #1

Faux Fur Camel Coat - Vintage
Snake Print Shirt - Vintage
Dress - Urban Outfitters (Old)
Boots - Depop
Choker - eBay

I bought this fur camel coat bloody ages ago, and completely forgot I had it.  Happy days when I came home from uni on Sunday, and found the poor thing hanging alone in my wardrobe.  Soz for neglecting you, I love you really.  I swear I am constantly rediscovering old clothes.  Deffo a sign that I have too many.

I'm pretty certain on the fact that it is all I will be wearing, day and night, so why not do a few posts on how I style it?  I'm not sure of whether there will be two or three yet, so bare with.

I also finally got my mitts on some over-the-knee boots, YAY.  Okay, I kinda wish they were a bit taller, but how could I say no for £12.50?  Bargain right there.

OOTN | Velvet

Velvet Top - Topshop (Old)
Leather Skirt - H&M
Velvet Boots - H&M
Pentagram Choker - eBay

I know that this leather skirt has been in my last two outfit posts, but I just can't stop wearing it.  It was definitely one of my better purchases.  This is pretty much what I wore out last Friday night.  I say 'pretty much', because technically, I wore my black docs.  I basically live in those things, day and night.  If I was feeling a tad less lazy, I would've gone for these velvet babies.

How cute are these little 90's buns?!  There's two things I hate right now: having my hair dangling all over my face, like go away hair.  And those two awkward front bits that used to be a fringe, but are half way through growing out - they just look awful on my hair.  These little buns sort both those issues out, and they are a bit more adventurous than my usual go to, half up top knot.

I also realize I went a bit cray cray on the whole editing thing, but I wanted to experiment with making the photos look all vintage-like.  This is the result.  Thoughts?
